Eighteen is to young
I have been a professional driver for over forty years, and in my opinion that is much to young for a person to drive forty tons down public road. we have driver available if they would change some of the crazy rules. eg. why does a driver haft to set for thirty four hr before he can drive. It is done in the name of safety but how much rest is driver getting when the rest stop is at a loves truck stop when the best think they could do for the driver is get him home.
The government is chasing away experience driver and bringing on inexperienced driver at an alarming rate. When President Reagan said.”government is not the solution but the problem he knew what he was talking about
