Thunder, lightning and heavy rain hit areas across the Southland Saturday as temps reached the 80s and 90s. Los Angeles and Orange counties will reach temps in the mid-80s, while Valleys and the Inland Empire will hit the low-90s.
Thunder rolled into Southern California, setting off car alarms and ushering in heavy, sporadic rain, which is expected into Monday.
