Are Americans too attached to their electronic devices? Eighty-two percent (82%) of Americans think children spend too much time on the computer or other electronic devices, and 58% think Americans in general need to cut back on cell phone use. However, only 12% think they personally need to cut back on how much they use their own cell phone.
